Please read these Terms carefully before booking any fix service with BM Fix.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By booking a fix service, using our website, or contacting BM Fix via phone or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
These Terms govern all fix services provided by BM Fix, whether carried out at your premises (doorstep service) or at our workshop in Dubai.
02 Services Provided
BM Fix offers the following device fix and maintenance services in Dubai:
- Screen replacement for smartphones and tablets
- Battery replacement for mobile phones and laptops
- Water and liquid damage diagnosis and recovery
- Charging port and power socket fix
- Camera module fix and replacement
- Speaker, microphone, and audio component fix
- Back glass and housing replacement
- Laptop hardware servicing and component replacement
All services are available as doorstep visits (technician comes to you) or at our workshop. Service availability may vary by device model and parts availability.
03 Booking & Appointments
Bookings are accepted via phone call or WhatsApp message. When booking, you agree to provide accurate information including your name, contact number, location, device make and model, and a description of the issue.
- Appointments are subject to technician availability
- BM Fix will confirm your appointment and estimated arrival time via WhatsApp or phone call
- Please ensure someone is available at the service location at the agreed time
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice in case of unforeseen circumstances
04 Pricing & Payment
All prices are confirmed with the customer before any fix work begins. We operate on a fully transparent, upfront pricing model:
- A price is quoted via WhatsApp or phone before the technician dispatches
- The final price will not exceed the quoted amount without your explicit approval
- Payment is due upon completion of the fix
- We accept cash and bank transfer. Card payment availability may vary
- No call-out or diagnosis fee is charged if we are unable to fix your device
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed quotes are honoured
05 No Fix, No Fee Policy
BM Fix operates a No Fix, No Fee policy. If our technician is unable to fix your device after a thorough diagnosis, you will not be charged for the service visit or labour.
This policy applies to standard fix scenarios. It does not apply where:
- The customer declines to proceed with a fix after a part has already been ordered at their request
- The device has pre-existing damage that prevents fix completion
- The customer is unable to provide the device passcode or unlock access necessary to verify the fix
06 Parts & Components
BM Fix uses high-quality OEM-grade (Original Equipment Manufacturer equivalent) replacement parts for all fixes. We do not use low-quality or counterfeit components.
- Parts used are sourced from trusted suppliers and tested before installation
- We reserve the right to decline a fix if suitable-quality parts are unavailable for a specific device model
- In some cases, customers may request the use of their own parts. BM Fix accepts no warranty liability for fixes carried out with customer-supplied components
07 Warranty
BM Fix provides the following warranties on completed fixes:
- Screen Replacement: Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and display faults
- Battery Replacement: 3-month warranty against capacity degradation and defective cells
- Other Fixes: 30-day warranty on labour and parts unless otherwise stated
Warranty claims are subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty is void if the device sustains physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised tampering after our fix
- The warranty covers defects arising from our fix only — not pre-existing conditions or unrelated faults
- To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp with proof of fix (receipt or booking reference)
- Warranty fixes are carried out free of charge within the warranty period
08 Customer Responsibilities
By booking a fix with BM Fix, you confirm and agree to the following:
- You are the legal owner of the device, or have the owner's authorisation to have it fixed
- You will back up your data before the fix. BM Fix is not responsible for any data loss occurring during a fix
- You will provide the device passcode if needed to verify the fix is complete
- You will inspect the device and confirm satisfaction before the technician leaves (doorstep service)
- You will not submit a device that is reported stolen or involved in any legal proceedings
09 Data & Privacy
BM Fix collects and processes your personal data (name, phone number, address) solely to fulfil your fix booking. We do not sell your data to third parties.
By booking a service, you consent to us storing your contact details and fix history for the purposes of warranty follow-up and service records. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
10 Limitation of Liability
While BM Fix takes all reasonable care during the fix process, our liability is limited to the cost of the fix service performed. We are not liable for:
- Data loss, software issues, or corruption arising during a fix
- Pre-existing faults unrelated to the scope of the fix
- Consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind
- Loss of business, income, or profits arising from device downtime
- Damage caused by a device defect not discoverable at the time of fix
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific fix service in question.
11 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your fix appointment at any time before the technician departs for your location, free of charge.
- Cancellations after the technician has departed may incur a travel fee at our discretion
- BM Fix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- In the event BM Fix cancels an appointment, no charges will be applied
12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13 Changes to These Terms
BM Fix reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
